Nadia received her Cancer Exercise Specialist Advanced Qualification from the Cancer Exercise Training Institute, considered the gold-standard of education in oncology exercise. She works with clients during and after treatment to mitigate and reduce acute and chronic side effects, minimize chance of recurrence, increase life expectancy and enhance quality of life. Nadia also works with clients in the prevention of cancer, improving overall health and reducing cancer risk factors. She has a complete understanding of the entire cancer process from diagnosis and treatment to reconstruction and survivorship. She has the skills to help improve a patient’s ability to cope with the mental and physical stress following cancer diagnosis and treatment.

Because cancer is so pervasive, every personal trainer undoubtedly has worked with someone who has cancer. The difference is that I have been trained to recognize and understand the uniqueness of their physical and emotional needs. - Nadia
